With 12 stations and a manipulator, this multi-purpose machine can handle different types of tubes such as Plastic, Laminated, Metal, and ALU tubes. It offers automatic tube feeding, eye marking, tube interior cleaning (optional), material filling, sealing, batch number printing, and finished product discharging.
The servo control allows for precise adjustment of filling amounts via the touch screen. The machine also features an external reversal feeding system for convenient tube charging and a mechanical linkage photo sensor with high precision.
Additionally, the machine utilizes photo-electronic, electric, pneumatic integrative control to ensure no tube, no filling. It includes safety features such as low-pressure alarms, automatic stops for tube errors, and safety door openings. The three-layer jacket instant heater with inside air heating ensures a firm and beautiful sealing effect without damaging the tube's outer wall patterns.
