FEATURES

ADJUSTMENT OF SEALING QUALITY
According to sealing film's thickness, material and bag size, do adjustment to sealing temperature and conveyor speed till sealing effect is satisfied and high production efficiency is reached.
1.Three factors of sealing material, sealing temperature and conveyor speed links closely.For the same material, higher temperature is, higher conveyor speed is required;Thicker film material is, higher temperature is required, and lower conveyor speed is required.Vice versa.
2.Must do the test before practical operation;Adjust temperature and speed again and again until satisfied sealing quality and effeciency is found.
3.For the first test, increase sealing temperature gradually, avoid sealing belt from being sticken with melted film by too high temperature.Immediately stop machine and clean sealing belt if it is found.
4.Cooling fan is required for PE single layer plastic film sealing, in order to improve sealing effect;For other laminated plastic film, cooling fan is not necessary.
5.Pressure of pressing wheel has big influence to sealing quality.Adjsut its pressure stightly till sealing pattern is clean.Too much pressure will influence parts' life;Too small pressure reduces sealing strength and causes unclean sealing pattern.
