CZP-16 Automatic Volumetric Piston Filling Machine is the latest generation of improved volumetric filling machine, it is heavy duty powerhouses for filling viscous products and liquids. They deliver precision dose filling options and offer fantastic multi work shift reliability. Each volumetric piston filler dispenses an accurate measured volume of product to a container ensuring that there is little overfill, thus saving your money. Piston fillers are versatile enough to fill thin products such as water or thick products like caulking compounds with little to no additional change parts. Along with their flexible filling options the piston fillers can be used with a variety of ridged or lightweight containers that might be otherwise distorted by pressure vacuum filling. All automatic models feature heavy-duty stainless steel adjustable height bases, sanitary stainless steel product cylinders.
Detachable filling structure, is much more convenient to empty material inside. Using PLC control, touch-type interface, the whole operation is convenient and intuitive. Optional high-precision electronic scale automatic weighing data transmission system, dose adjustment is convenient and quick.

1. Whole electronic control system, integrated system boasts many good features:  stable, reliable, safe and low energy consumption.

System plus Jinwang mechanical double-screw structure transmission mechanism (PLC programming control, servo motor drive stable double screw), to ensure that the piston movement stroke high precision, more stable. Piston cylinder is equipped with liquid cup to prevent the cylinder out of the residue dripping the ground, causing pollution.
3.Using the take-off-cylinder structure, can completely empty the material in the cylinder, effectively avoiding the cross-contamination of the material, replace the seal more convenient.
4.Using PTFE piston sealing, which prolong the lifetime and reduce the maintenance cost.
5.The use of steel hose and quick connection port, which meet perfume production requirement and making machine cleaning more convenient.
6. According to the market feedback to the intellectual filling machines, we adopt Japan ASAHI three-way valve to the piston filler. This three-way valve is of simple structure, high stability and reliable sealing. No leakage can save customer general costs. It is our sole patent.
