Product Description
Application:
This machine is the newest generation rotary tablet press with characteristics of high speed, double-press, double discharge, etc. Produce all kinds of round tablet, irregular tablets, both side print letter tablet, etc. According tablet diameter, plunger can be double punch, three punch or four punch, and it's capacity is the same as high speed tablet press. It can also product nonstandard tablet.
Characters:
1. Forced-type feeder with easy load & unload, is suitable for pressing bad fluided material or different press material.
2. Adopt full closed type shell, elegant appearance. The surface which contact material use stainless steel or special dealed.
3. The tablet pressing process can be observed through intertrance glass door which can be totally opened, easy cleaness.
4. Transparent part works in oil, which is good for heat dissipation, wear-resisting and no pollution.
5. Imported transducer, hydraulic system. Pressure-overload protection device.
