LTXG-pro Scale Fixed-quantity Filling Machine is making up of the scale (with roller), chain-driven drum in and out structure, fast and slow filling (with dive function), feed transition hopper, weight control meter and PLC control unit. This filling machine can do the auto filling of different materials (with or without foam).

Advanced Features

1. High Precision: Adopts weight filling system (American METTLER TOLEDO weighing sensor and control meter) ensures that the high filling precision. Unique ball-to-go drums conveying method ensures smooth drum-out conveying after filling. (The blue ball-to-go will be replaced by the PTFE materials.)
2. The machine uses fast & slow filling valve, diving filling heads do under level filling which can avoid the foaming problem when filling.
3.A separate drip collection tank controlled by a separate cylinder is installed below the filling head (the height of the collecting trough can be adjusted), and the filling head is adjusted in a quick mode without tightening any screws.
4.Control System, central control system which is stable, safe, green and low energy consumption.
5.The machine uses SUS304 , which is widely used in the agrochemical industry and Filling hoses use sanitary pipes.
6. The oiling holes are unified in one part and clearly marked to avoid forgetting to add fuel or leaking oil in daily maintenance.
