Basic construc
•-Machine base made of stainless steel
•Machine base with top table plate made of stainless steel (with machine guard at the bottom)
•Machine guard mainly made of single-pane safety glass with lateral opening for the supply of the tubs.
•Machine guard inclined on the operator's side for better ergonomics. Here, the guard is made of clear plastic material
•The machine guard is suitable for the installation of a LF unit.
•Enlargement of the air exit in the machine guard below the container transport, in order to improve the laminar air flow and to reduce the fan speed of the laminar flow unit. This modification is carried out in compliance with the DIN EN ISO 13857 safety regulations.
•Sorter station
The operator pours the syringe into the fully enclosed elevator, (the upper part of the elevator has laminar flow protection) the syringe enters the double centrifugal feeder through the elevator
•Infeed station
The double centrifugal feeder enters the feeding station through the guide rail, and the feeding station consists of 3 sets of feeding indexing discs. The syringe enters the transition plate through the feed indexing plate.
•Ion air cleaning station
The ion air needle is inserted into the top of the syringe, and the ion air blown out around the needle, and it is 360 degrees dry without dead ends. And in the ion air cleaning process, the ion air cleaning needle slowly descends from the top of the syringe to the root of the syringe, blowing away all the dust attached to the syringe wall from top to bottom, and completing the cleaning process of the entire syringe. The bottom of the machine is equipped with an air dust collector and a filter to ensure that the dust and other particles blown out from the syringe are effectively absorbed into the dust collector, keeping the air inside the machine clean and the pressure relatively balanced.
• Silicone oil spraying station
It adopts 4 injection nozzles imported from the United States and 2 double-head liquid injection pumps. The liquid injection pump is composed of 4 sets of pump cores made of high-precision ceramics driven by stepping motors.
-Spraying volume: micro upgrade (mg level) to milliliter level, can also customize the spray system below micro upgrade
-Spraying speed: 80-300rpm (revolution/min)
-High-precision spraying: 0.5mg spraying amount can be quickly adjusted and changed.
-Sapphire grade precision ceramic pump, wear-resistant and pollution-free
-Fluid Viscosity: Wide range from very thin fluids to Dow Corning 360 Silicone Fluid or more viscous fluids
-Atomization effect: fine, uniform, 5-50 micron size fluid atomization
-The specification of the injection nozzle can be customized according to the customer's application
• screwing station
--The cap is equipped with a sorting bowl and linear track, and both are equipped with a storage hopper for easy add packaging materials. The sorting bowl is a quick-lock sorting bowl, which is easy to remove.
-The material of the sorting bowl, linear track and cap storage hopper are all 316L stainless steel.

• Filling station
-Filling has resorption function, and the resorption volume can be adjusted to ensure that no drops remain at the filling needle of the syringe after filling;
- The piston pump can be satisfied the filling of the material and liquid properties of different products,If necessary, it can be equipped withPiston pumps of different specifications, and can meet different filling requirements;
-The piston pump adopts ceramic pump, servo filling; filling accuracy: ≤±1.5%;
-EachPiston pump must have an independent servo control system; Min. Filling volume is 0.5ml, need change pump.
- Equipped with Human-machine interface and programs that are convenient for monitoring and control operations, and each unit of the machine can be controlled through the interface. It can realize the adjustment and real-time display of various parameters.
- The filling needle moves up and down with servo motor control, tracking dosing.

• Stoppering station
-The stopper is equipped with a sorting bowl and linear track, and both are equipped with a storage hopper, which is convenient for adding. The sorting bowl is a quick-lock sorting bowl, which is easy to disassemble.
-The material of the sorting bowl, linear track and stopper storage hopper are all 316L stainless steel.
