Incorporating the world-renowned SECOP compressor, this machine offers unparalleled performance. Its unique lubricating oil design ensures stable operation in diverse environments, thereby extending the compressor's lifespan. Equipped with a globally acclaimed dry-filter, it effectively prevents moisture and impurities from penetrating the refrigerant system.
The rack utilizes silicone oil for precise cooling and heating, maintaining a temperature accuracy of ≤1°C with uniformity in refrigerant and heat distribution. Its in-situ freeze-drying design mitigates contamination risks during material transfer. The drying chamber, made of highly transparent organic glass, allows users to closely monitor material transformations. With separate designs for the cold trap and drying chamber, it captures moisture swiftly and achieves rapid drying.
Constructed from stainless steel, the chamber boasts anti-corrosive properties and easy cleaning. Each rack is equipped with a temperature sensor, enabling real-time monitoring of temperature changes per rack. Square racks facilitate hassle-free cleaning. The inclusion of a gas valve allows for the injection of dry inert gas.
Humanized Design
A 7" colorful touch panel provides a digital and graphical display of real-time status and historical data. The expansive FAT32 file system can store all data for over a month, while the USB interface allows easy download of freeze-drying data to a USB disk.
The rack temperature is both adjustable and controllable, aiding in the exploration of freeze-drying technology. Available in both manual and automatic configurations.
The automatic process allows for the setting of 36 distinct programs, each capable of defining up to 40 temperature ranges, addressing diverse freeze-drying requirements.
